1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Nabz website at joinnabz.com, the Nabz mobile applications and related community features (together, the “Service”). Nabz is owned and operated by Deepak Miglani (“Nabz”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact us at [email protected].
By creating an account, posting or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms to the extent a binding agreement can lawfully be formed. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling and our Financial Disclaimer explains the nature and risks of financial content. Accepting these Terms does not itself provide consent for every use of personal data or marketing channel.
2. Eligibility and younger users
You must be legally permitted to use the Service and provide accurate information relevant to eligibility. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.
Nabz does not impose a blanket 18+ eligibility rule. If you are below 18, a parent or lawful guardian must authorise your use and accept these Terms on your behalf where required by applicable law. A minor’s use alone does not create an otherwise unenforceable contract. Where verifiable parental consent is required for processing personal data, the relevant processing or feature must not proceed until that requirement is met. General supervision or Google Sign-In is not a substitute for legally required verification. We may restrict an account or feature where these requirements cannot be satisfied.
3. Accounts and security
Nabz currently supports Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and devices secure, providing accurate account information and notifying support promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share or sell access, impersonate others, misrepresent professional qualifications or use an account to evade an applicable restriction.
You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. These Terms do not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorised act regardless of fault. We may seek reasonable verification to protect accounts or investigate misuse; never send a password or OTP to support.
4. Nature of the service and investment risk
Nabz provides a space for market education, information and discussion. It is not intended to provide personalised investment advice, trade execution, portfolio management or custody of investor funds. Content must not be treated as a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell or hold an investment merely because it appears on Nabz.
Posts represent their authors’ views. Contributors are not necessarily SEBI-registered, and a profile, follower count or engagement metric does not verify expertise, registration or performance. Independently verify facts and any claimed regulatory status. Do your own research and obtain advice from an appropriately registered professional when needed. Investments involve risk, including loss of capital.
Describing a post as educational does not exempt regulated investment advice, research or promotional activity from applicable requirements. No term authorises conduct prohibited by SEBI or another regulator. Nabz does not claim SEBI endorsement through these Terms.
5. Your content and responsibility
“Content” includes posts, comments, profile information, images, links and other material submitted to the Service. You retain the intellectual-property rights you lawfully own in your original Content. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holder. You must have the permissions or other lawful basis needed to publish the material and grant the licence below.
You are responsible for what you post, including accuracy, lawful sourcing, relevant disclosures and respect for others’ rights. Do not disclose another person’s private information, confidential business material, account credentials or material you are not entitled to share. Profiles, posts and comments are public as described in the Privacy Policy and can be copied by other people.
6. Permission to operate the service
When you submit Content, you grant Nabz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that Content as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the Service, including public feeds, search, discussion threads and technical backups. This includes technical adaptations such as resizing images and formatting previews, without misleadingly changing your meaning.
We may allow infrastructure providers to process Content only as needed to perform these functions for us, subject to applicable data-protection obligations. This licence does not transfer your ownership and does not independently authorise unrelated sale of your personal information or unrestricted use to train third-party AI models.
The licence ends when Content is deleted from our systems, except for limited legal or security preservation and backup handling described in the Privacy Policy. Other users’ independent copies outside our control may remain. No payment is owed solely for ordinary hosting or display of a post.
7. Community rules and prohibited conduct
You must not use Nabz to publish, promote or facilitate:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, fabricated returns, guaranteed-profit claims, pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated market manipulation, unlawful insider trading or disclosure of material non-public information.
- Investment advice, research, solicitation, promotions or other regulated activities without the registrations, permissions and disclosures required by law.
- Impersonation, fake affiliations, deceptive identities, manipulated evidence, undisclosed paid endorsements or misleading statements presented as fact.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, discriminatory abuse, incitement to violence, unlawful hate speech or invasions of privacy.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, obscene material or other content prohibited by applicable law.
- Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement, stolen reports, confidential material or content you have no right to share.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fake engagement, bots used to distort discussions, malicious links, malware or attempts to compromise accounts or systems.
- Conduct prohibited by applicable law, court orders or lawful directions.
Do not present materially altered or AI-generated financial statements, announcements, recordings or screenshots as authentic evidence. Provide any legally required synthetic-content disclosures, and do not remove required labels. Criticism, disagreement and genuine discussion remain subject to these rules; they are not prohibited merely for being negative.
8. Financial disclosures and conflicts
If you discuss an investment in which you have a relevant financial interest, receive compensation, act for an issuer or intermediary, or have another material conflict, make a clear and prominent disclosure. Identify sponsorships and paid promotions accurately. Do not fabricate holdings or trading results.
If acting as a regulated entity, professional or agent, comply with the registration, identity, social-media and disclosure rules applicable to your activity. Disclose your registered name and registration number wherever required, and keep them accurate. These Terms neither verify a registration claim nor grant permission to offer a regulated service on Nabz. Users must independently verify such claims.
9. Access, automation and platform rights
Subject to these Terms, you may access the Service through the interfaces we make available for lawful participation. Nabz and its licensors retain rights in the Service’s software, design, branding and other platform materials, excluding user-owned Content.
Do not bypass security or access restrictions, interfere with availability, probe accounts without permission, extract private information, or use automated scraping or bulk collection without our written permission, except where applicable law gives a non-excludable right. Do not imply that Nabz endorses you or use its branding in a misleading manner. Links to lawful public pages are permitted unless used deceptively or unlawfully.
10. Moderation, restrictions and appeals
We may review reports, remove or restrict Content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant evidence where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address security or safety risks, or comply with applicable law. Measures should be proportionate to the circumstances. Violations can also lead to legal consequences under applicable law.
Where lawful and reasonably practicable, we will explain a material restriction and allow you to request review by emailing support with your account identifier, the affected post or decision and the reason you believe it was incorrect. Immediate action or limited disclosure may be necessary to protect users, avoid prejudicing an investigation or comply with legal restrictions. We do not promise prior notice or a particular review outcome in every case.
Hosting, recommending or displaying user Content does not by itself constitute endorsement. We do not guarantee advance review of every contribution. Nothing in these Terms removes moderation or other duties that apply to Nabz under law.
11. Reports, rights complaints and grievances
Report unlawful content, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, account issues or moderation concerns to [email protected]. Include the post URL or sufficient identifying details, the nature of the concern, supporting information and a contact address. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive information.
For copyright or other rights complaints, identify the protected work or right, the allegedly infringing Content and your authority to report it. Make reports honestly and accurately.
Operator and grievance contact: Deepak Miglani, [email protected]. We handle complaints within applicable statutory timelines, including shorter periods for urgent categories. You may use statutory appeal or grievance mechanisms, including the Grievance Appellate Committee where applicable, without first surrendering any legal right. Reporting by email does not require opening a new account.
12. Leaving Nabz, deletion and retention
You may stop using Nabz at any time and request account and associated-data deletion through [email protected]. Reasonable ownership verification may be required. Individual posts currently have no self-service deletion feature; support remains available for lawful removal requests.
Ordinary deletion, including profile information, posts and comments under our control, is processed without undue delay and within the 90-day outer limit stated in the Privacy Policy, or sooner where required by applicable law. This period is Nabz’s commitment, not a universal statutory allowance. Deactivation alone is not deletion.
Specific registration records, removed content and related evidence may need to be retained under applicable intermediary rules, lawful preservation orders, or necessary and legally permitted investigations into spam, fraud, market manipulation or security incidents. Such retained records are restricted and are not kept as a public profile or used for unrelated marketing. Details are in the Privacy Policy. Obligations concerning accrued claims, lawful preservation, intellectual property and non-excludable rights may continue after account closure.
13. Communications, charges and external services
We may send service notices and optional email, SMS or WhatsApp communications as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable consent and communication preferences. Marketing opt-out does not automatically stop essential lawful security or legal notices.
Nabz currently has no in-platform advertising or integrated payment service. Any future paid feature, subscription or advertising-related data use will require clear prior disclosures, applicable choices and any required agreement. These Terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge or automatic subscription.
Google Sign-In, app stores and external websites have their own applicable terms and policies. Third-party links and statements are not guarantees or endorsements. Nabz does not control independent third-party services.
14. Availability and limitations
We aim to provide a useful Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, complete security or the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of user Content. Features may change or become unavailable for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available and without additional warranties beyond those legally required. You should independently verify market information and keep copies of material you are entitled to retain. No disclaimer excuses Nabz from obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Liability and responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nabz and its operator are not responsible for losses caused solely by another user’s statements, independent third-party services or investment decisions made in reliance on unverified community content. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded only to the extent the law permits.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of non-excludable statutory duties or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing removes consumer remedies or other mandatory rights. No blanket waiver of all claims, compulsory overseas arbitration or artificial foreign-currency liability cap is imposed by these Terms.
If your unlawful conduct or infringement causes a third-party claim, you remain responsible to the extent established under applicable law. This does not require you to cover losses caused by Nabz’s own unlawful conduct or to surrender a right to contest a claim.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law or operational needs. We will publish the updated version and date, and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable and legally required. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner.
Changes do not retrospectively authorise unlawful processing or remove accrued statutory rights. Where fresh consent or express agreement is legally required, continued use alone will not replace it. If you disagree with a material change, you may stop using the Service and request deletion, subject to lawful retention.
17. Indian law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. You may contact support to seek an informal resolution, but this is not a compulsory barrier to a statutory complaint, urgent relief or other legal remedy.
Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer commissions, tribunals or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not select an unconfirmed city as an exclusive venue or require users to waive statutory appeal or collective remedies.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive it. A transfer of the Service does not eliminate applicable privacy obligations, accrued claims or mandatory user rights.
